MeanderMe #18 - Happy New You
Hello good soul,
Apologies if this is a little late. I took the time out to take a really forensic look at my last year before diving into this next one.
Inside this issue, you'll discover how to conduct your own end-of-year review - which it's never too late to start! - as well as some of the powerful insights I gleaned and lessons I learnt from doing so.
🧠The World Inside: Insights and strategies in Psychology, Spirituality and personal growth
Endings/Beginnings: A lil poem for those transition moments
🤪Playtime: Just for fun
Jansun! Some songs what I been listening to since new year

Art of Accomplishment: I came across this podcast through Jonny Miller's Curious Humans newsletter. The host, Joe Hudson, is an executive coach who is basically a master of emotional processing. He explores how various emotions like shame, rage, fear, doubt etc show up in the body and the mind, and how we can respond to them with wisdom and presence.
I've found it's given me a lot of comfort and insights over the past couple of years, helping me see that all of my emotions are welcome in my experience. The freedom is in how we respond.
Thanks for reading!
