Hello good soul,


No apologies for lateness this month. In line with my attempt at finding spaciousness and slowing down, I took a week off last week, so here again is a truncated and tardy newsletter.


It was surprising how difficult it was to take time off, all due to largely imagined or self-imposed obligations and deadlines, which is part of what I look at in this month's blog.


It's about how addiction shows up in subtle forms throughout society and how shame has a considerable part to play in that, and offers some suggestions for how we might approach this.
